Also This course is designed to expose the student to the myriad of ways in which basic business functions can be enhanced through information technology. The primary areas of emphasis will be marketing and the many elements comprising the Internet. These elements include such issues as website design, web and data analytics, search engine optimization, social media marketing, and the implementation of the marketing mix within the digital medium. This course studies the interacting business activities designed to plan, price, promote and distribute want-satisfying products and services to present and potential customers. The course incorporates current developments in marketing to acquaint students with the present-day challenges of marketing activities.
