Instructional Design course: Educational Content Production

In today’s world, it is not enough that we only understand instructional design to produce educational content. That was in the past decade. You are probably here because you are interested in this area, but also because you want to learn about how to create educational content that works - and nowadays we are required to know what this content is going to be used for. Unlike a content marketing post, these you read on generic blogs, which goal is much more to generate leads, ours have as main objective to teach. Still, we take into account marketing techniques and website building. Therefore, we will learn a little of each one. This course is focused on andragogy (how adults learn), but you can apply it to other age ranges, surely. In this 2-hour course, you will understand: What make educational texts truly educational. The basics of instructional design for you just getting started. You will leave with an understanding of what instructional design, heutagogy, educational goals and instructional events are all about. In the end, there will be a task where you will produce your first educational text and I will provide feedback on it!
