Looking through this collection of blog posts which cover the period November 2016 to March 2017, memories are a constant theme - my own memories, family memories and the memories of other, unknown, people. Some of these memories have an objective solidity: thick woollen overcoats, the running boards of oversized motor cars, transistor radios, and chunky steel computer cases. Others are more ephemeral: feelings, hopes and expectations which are based on little else than the looks on faces from history which have been captured by the magic of photography.
